Our client is a multi discipline Engineering and Construction Company, executing major EPC projects in Oil & Gas and other sectors including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works and is now looking for Organization Management Office (OMO) – Transformation Design & Policy Development to be based in Muscat, Oman.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management or similar required
  • 2-4 years of working experience in Oman
  • Experience working at construction companies required
  • Experience in a project management office or in support functions for senior executives preferred
  • Highly organized individual with ability to keep track of multiple transformation programs at once
  • Drafting skills (policies etc.)
  • Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues and to interact with senior executives
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic required

Job Summary:

Assist the duties of Company’s Organization Management Office (OMO) by formulating transformation policies and coordinating their implementation together with key stakeholders.
