Overview

Our client is a Fine Dining Turkish Restaurant located in Doha, Qatar and is now looking for a Restaurant Manager.

Requirements:

BA Degree in Hospitality or any related field
Min 10 years total experience as Restaurant Manager with experience preferably in a well-known group based in the GCC operating in the F&B and Hospitality sectors
Proven track records in Restaurant management and revenue increase
Excellent verbal and written communications skills “English essential, Arabic preferred”
Able to demonstrate expert knowledge costing skills , P&L knowledge, financial control procedures and labour controls
