Overview
Our Client is a Lebanese Fine Dining Restaurant located in Doha, Qatar and is now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant restaurant manager or 3 years of experience as a headwaiter, preferably in a Lebanese/Oriental Restaurant
- Excellent command in English & Arabic
Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the restaurant manager and following the restaurant policies & procedures. He will be responsible for the overall performance of the assigned outlet, including but not limited to maintaining high Food & Beverage service, health and safety standards in both the Front of House and the Back of House daily operations.
