Amaken is looking for an experienced Business Application Manager to join a growing organization in the technology and digital transformation industry in Dbayeh, Lebanon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization’s enterprise business applications and ERP ecosystem, driving digital transformation initiatives, overseeing systems such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft platforms, and ensuring seamless integration, implementation, performance, and continuous improvement of business applications. The role will also involve leading a team of application specialists, managing technology vendors, and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications and ERP systems.
- Oversee Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Drive digital transformation and the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Lead application architecture, integration, implementation, and performance optimization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Manage technology vendors, system integrators, contracts, and SLAs.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of application specialists and developers.
- Ensure business continuity, system availability, and successful migration projects.
- Establish application standards, documentation, training, and knowledge management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business applications management and ERP systems.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and Microsoft platforms.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation, system implementation, and migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, ETL, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and SLA management.
- Experience working in multinational or global environments is preferred.
- Fluent Arabic and English is required; French is an advantage.
- MBA, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is considered an advantage.
