Our client is a Restaurant & Bar Operating in Lagos, Nigeria and he is know looking for a Head Chef.

Requirement:

Minimum 5 years of experience in international cuisine preferably in Fish & Sea Food
Inventory and stock keeping routines and programs
Meat cuts and preparation
Staff training
Customer complaints
Cost control
Formal hygiene standards (HACCP etc.)
Creating recipe and accurate recording
Menu development
