Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international cuisine preferably in Fish & Sea Food
- Inventory and stock keeping routines and programs
- Meat cuts and preparation
- Staff training
- Customer complaints
- Cost control
- Formal hygiene standards (HACCP etc.)
- Creating recipe and accurate recording
- Menu development
