Our client is a Restaurant & Bar Operating in Lagos, Nigeria and he is know looking for a Head Chef.

Requirement:

  • Minimum  5 years of experience in international cuisine preferably in Fish & Sea Food
  • Inventory and stock keeping routines and programs
  • Meat cuts and preparation
  • Staff training
  • Customer complaints
  • Cost control
  • Formal hygiene standards (HACCP etc.)
  • Creating recipe and accurate recording
  • Menu development
