We’re seeking a Production Manager to oversee all joinery-focused manufacturing operations across the KSA business. The ideal candidate will lead all joinery operations including cutting, machining, assembly, veneering, painting/finishing and ensure wastage reduction, cost control, and team productivity. The role also coordinates with other production divisions (metal, FRP, solid surface, signage, POP, and upholstery) to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead joinery production operations and ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
- Implement cutting optimization, monitor material usage, and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with other production divisions to remove bottlenecks.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, WIP monitoring, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure QA/QC standards, HSE compliance, and machine maintenance.
- Manage and train teams to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical discipline (preferred).
- 10–15+ years in joinery production, with 5+ in a managerial role.
- Proven record in wastage reduction and material optimization.
- GCC/KSA experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO and HSE standards is a plus.
