Amaken is  seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our client’s team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and strengthen client relationships within the POP Displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the POP Displays market.
  • Build, maintain, and expand a robust client database to maximize revenue potential.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company standards; coordinate with accounting for final pricing approval prior to negotiation.
  • Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, promptly resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and account status using CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and regular updates for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/account management experience in KSA, preferably in POP Displays.
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with accounting regarding pricing approvals.
  • Team-oriented, professional, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
